General Shipping

There is currently a 2-3 week shipping period on certain items in the store. If you are interested in an item, but are unsure about the shipping time, please email me at jenny@pulsojewelry.com.

All items are handmade and shipped within 3-5 business days of your order, unless otherwise noted above. All U.S. orders come with a tracking number. 

Packaging: In an effort to keep the amount of trash we produce down, I keep packaging minimal and great care is taken to make sure all packaging used is either reusable or recyclable while also ensuring a safe delivery. All orders come in a reusable organza or organic cotton gift bag and shipped in a padded envelope.

Address: Please ensure that all shipping addresses are updated and correct. There is a $4.00 flat fee for U.S. orders and $15 flat fee for international orders to resend packages returned due to an incomplete or insufficient address.

 

Tracking

For U.S. orders: You will receive an email when your item ships out. Follow the links to find your tracking number. Most packages will arrive 2-4 days of being shipped. If your package hasn't arrived and the tracking is unclear, please call the post office with your tracking number.

For International Orders: You will receive an email when your item ships out. If you follow the links, you will find your customs number. While the package is in the U.S., you can sometimes track the package with this number. However, once the package arrives in country, please know that the destination country is not required to scan the customs number and your package might be un-trackable. Most international packages will arrive within 10 days. If you would like a true tracking number with your package, please contact me so we can arrange this.

 

Customs and Import Taxes

Please be aware of your country’s custom policies and fees. This is a government issue and we are not responsible for any charges. Customs policies vary from country to country. Please contact your local post office for more information.

 

Returns, Exchanges and Repairs

I want you to be happy with your purchase! I am happy to return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in their original condition.

 

Returns

Full refunds, minus the cost of shipping, will be issued via the original form of payment once the returned item is received. Include your name and order number in the package. Ensure the package is secure and will arrive undamaged. Damaged returns will be sent back.

Please contact me and let me know you will be returning an item. I will ask for a tracking number to avoid issues with lost mail. I do not refund custom fees on international packages.

 

Exchanges

Please contact me directly about exchanges so I can get the arrangements in order.

All items for exchange will be shipped upon receiving the original item.

 

Repairs

Repairs are free of charge, minus the cost of shipping. Due to their handmade nature, I cannot ensure all pieces can be repaired.
